Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of materials for their acceptability based on the client requirement.
• Preparing and maintaining documents and log registers of the materials and consumables for the site activities.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring QA/QC Program and verify that the specified quality requirements are met throughout the project.
• Coordinate NDT activities with sub-contractor, Client and Company.
• RT film reviewing.
• Review all the NDT /PWHT reports and submit to Client.
• Responsibility to conduct inspection, witnessing and monitoring work activities in accordance with the approved Inspection Test Plan and procedures.
• Monitoring the calibration status of welding machines, portable ovens, mother ovens and other instruments.
• Examining of weld & NDT reports and coordinating with the client.
• Overall responsible for all documents, procedures and relevant project documents are properly developed, reviewed, approved and issued in accordance with the procedures and contractual requirements.
