• Installation, Calibration and Commissioning of various measurement devices for Flow, Level and Temperature by Siemens, Honeywell, etc.
• Automation of processes using PLCs like Honeywell, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Omron, GE FANUC etc.
• Erection, Test and Commission of Various PLCs and co-ordinating the function of a PLC through GSM interlinking.
• Knowledge of various industrial communication protocols like Profibus, HART, Modbus/TCP-IP, Industrial ethernet etc.
• Working with ABB AC800M and Honeywell Experion-HC 900 DCS.
• Design, Monitor and Control of various processes through SCADA like WINCC, INTOUCH, X-Designer Plus, Honeywell EBI and Intellution-FIX.
• Design of Plant components in AUTOCAD and interfacing them in SCADA.
• Interfacing of various Microsoft office softwares like EXCEL, ACCESS with SCADA and enabling control of plant parameters through these office softwares.
• Preparing P&I diagrams based on process requirements.
• Conducting FAT for various projects.
• Coordinating inter-discipline activities such as timely supply of Instruments, integration of Fire Detection with ESD PLC Logic.
• Control of Rotary Equipments through Variable Frequency Drives like Siemens micromaster-440 and ABB ACS 310.
• Preparing/Reviewing material take-offs, Subcontracts, Specification Lists, Datasheets for various field Instruments.
• Co-ordinating with Clients and project consultants for assessing any change in requirements or in-house standards.
