Professional Experience
• 2012 – Current Environmental Engineer at Johnson Controls. Some of my responsibilities are annual emission reports, residual water analysis, residue disposal procedures for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Department.
• 2011 Environmental Engineer at John Deere. My tasks were to check the plant for irregularities in relation to EHS procedures and to prepare new workers in terms of safety procedures and environmentally friendly practices such as recycling.
• Summer 2010 Research assistant at Iowa State University´s bio-renewable program. The project consisted of conducting a series of tests to make a more efficient fast pyrolisis and give greater yields of bio-oil.
• 2009 – 2010 Research associate at Solben. In charge of conducting biodiesel tests using different types of oil and obtaining parameters for an accurate model of the saponification process.
• 2009 Research Assistant at University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic. Conduct research in novel materials for solar cells. Winner of the final presentation contest.
Eductation
• 2008 – Current Chemical Engineering at ITESM Campus Monterrey with minor in Industrial Engineering. Accumulative average: 90.
• 2011 – 2012 Green Belt Certificate in Six Sigma at ITESM Campus Monterrey in conjunction with Arizona State University.
