• Supervised drilling, casing running and landing, Mud line Suspension System, cement jobs, Leak-off Test , coring, logging and perforations wire line operations.
• Plan ahead to determine future requirements for drilling equipment and consumables,
coordinate all operations at the well site & services companies to ensure compliance with the work programmers, to include preparation of daily Work Instructions and Weekly Forecasts.
• Prepare drilling programs for oil development, oil & gas wells. Prepare End of Well Reports summarizing BHA performance, survey reports, NPT & IADC report.

• Evaluate new drilling equipment and procedures to reduce cost and increase drilling efficiency.
• Conduct technical reviews of projects related to either a broad or specific area of expertise and provide expert technical advice.
• Investigate and troubleshoot daily drilling related problems, find appropriate solutions and establish new procedures to prevent reoccurrence of problems.
• Evaluate new drilling practices, equipment and technologies and make sound conclusions and recommendations to reduce cost and enhance drilling efficiency.
• Conduct technical and economic studies as directed by management.
