 Hands on experience of working in field of Rotating equipments, Pneumatics, Hydraulic, EOT Cranes, Jib hoists and Lifting equipments also responsible of spare preparation for all the equipments.
 Rotating equipments, EOT cranes, Lifting equipments and Hydraulics equipments Maintenance, Planning, and Inspection jobs.
 Execution of PM jobs as per SAP generated orders.
 Execution of jobs in Shut down and also attending break down jobs.
 Planning and Execution of Scheduled Lubrication of all the Equipments.
 Maintenance Documentation conforming to the ISO requirements.
 Perform all activities while adhering to established standard policies & practices relating to quality, cost reduction.
 Troubleshooting machineries/ equipments like hydraulic & mechanical in plant.
 Overhauling work of Spare Equipments including Gear Boxes, Fluid Couplings, Tire Couplings, Gear Pumps, Bent Axis Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Valves, etc.
 Shouldering the onus of Regular Condition monitoring such as Oil Analysis & Vibrations monitoring of Hydraulic system to improvise equipment performance.
 Periodically review the breakdown reports and conceptualizing the predictive and preventive maintenance plans. Make sure Safety and regulatory compliance of Hydraulic & Pneumatic components is met.
 Steering efforts across the modification of plant machinery & process development by utilizing value engineering.
 Standardize maintenance activity of each Equipment by preparing task list.
 Entrusted with the task of maintaining history cards and log book for equipments.
 Scrutinize the Equipment availability enhancement through 5’S’, FMEA and QC projects.
 Liaison with production department to define routine maintenance Activity and optimize operations in accordance with the production needs.
 Nurturing of sub-ordinates by motivating and enhancing their technical skill.
 Dealing with Management of technical objects, Maintenance processing & Preventive Maintenance of Plant.
 Spare planning and coordination for uninterrupted maintenance of the Equipments and the System.

Completed SSC with 81.57% through Board of Secondary School education at Munshi Higher Secondary School, Bharuch – Gujarat, India. (2005 – 2006)
 Completed ITI with 69.00% through Board of Technical Examination, Gandhinagar, – Gujarat, India. (2006 – 2007)
 Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction (70.00%) through Directory of Technical Education – Gujarat at Gov. Engineering College, Bharuch- Gujarat, India. (2007– 2010).
