2. Responsible for checking and supervision of Engineers for I&C technical work, co-ordination for Project deliverables and ensure quality of deliverables to meet Quality Standards and Client requirements;
3. Responsible for planning and managing work progress to meet Project schedule;
4. Interaction and Meetings with Client, Vendors and Other Third Parties for the Project requirements;
5. Preparation of design basis, philosophies, instrument selection, site visits & data collection, adequacy studies/reports and recommendations, scope of work 3rd party study / major vendor packages;
6. Preparation of various specifications & data sheets for field instruments, custody transfer metering, meter proving, analyzers, ESD valves, motor operated valves;
7. Preparation of MR, technical bid evaluation, recommendation & Vendor drawing review;
8. Review Scope of Work for Tenders and Estimation of man-hours, Cost & Work for the Bid submission;
9. Guidance & training to discipline engineers, contribute to discipline improvement
