Job Responsibilities
Prepare and Participate to develop HSE Plan for the company
Prepare and Participate in Task Risk Assessment and Method Statment of Critical Activities Develop rescue Plan for High risk jobs
Plan, develop, Coordinate and facilitate Safety Training Requirements.
Give HSE Training to contractors during shutdown.Participate Mock Drills for fire, Rescue & Release Toxic Gases.Particapate in the Multi disciplinary Task Risk Assessment team for plant areas especially for hot work permits, work on hights & Confined space entries.Conduct/ Coordinate tool box talks on a daily job bases of critical tasks.Ensure implementation of emergency Procedures, first aid facilities and safety signs Provide safety induction for company employee's workers, conduct toolbox, Satety meetings and safety walk about to enhance the occupational health and safety standards. Ensure PPE'S is resourced & available. Prepare accident, incident report recommending corrective actions resulting from investigations and conduct periodic follow - up.Prepare inspection and maintenance schedules of fire fighting and safety equipments.Supervise lifiting activities and Compile & carry out toolbox talks, as necessary. Check the work permit is complete and signs ensure safety precautions mentioned in permit is fulfilling before start of work.
Weekly and Monthly inspection and take the decision on spot.
Up to date documentation is included with the safety file.
Conduct and assist during site audits and inspection.Update safety boards with safety posters, publications and safe working methods.supervise high risk jobs like critical lifiting, confined space activities and hot work in the process areas.Job responsibilities for Fire.Response and participate to the handle all kind of emergencies i.e. Fire, Gas Leak, rescue call and spilling.Inspection Testing & Maintenance program for fire equipment based on Manufactures & NFPA standards.To make sure that hydrant, Monitor, Hose Reel, Extinguishers, sprinkler system and Deluge system remains in perfect condition all the time.
