I have over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry which includes facilities management. I have worked in military, government,corporate, education, mining, oil and gas,events and functions as well as airline catering. My facilities management experience includes maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, gardening and landscaping, HVAC, generators, water treatment as well as procurement and completion of tenders. I am a hands on manager with excellent client relationship, financial, marketing and man management skills. I am a team builder and together my staff and I will get the job done to the client's satisfaction.

I trained as a professional chef at the South African National Defence Force after completing my high school diploma. It was a 3 year course after which I worked for the Defence Force until 1990.
