Good technical acumen and analytical problem solving skills, Programming of PLC, Configure/Interfacing of DCS, SCADA, PAC, HMI and VFD, Excellent Knowledge of PLC, DCS Base Automation, Process Automation

ľ Routine Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Plant Systems and Instrumentations used for Critical Gas-lift Compressor Station and Flow Station Operations in OML 26 (Ogini).Which includes Loop Checking, Calibration of Instruments and replacement of Defective Parts.
ľ Servicing, Calibration and re-installation of Process Flied Instrument (Pressure Switches and Gauges, Temperature Switches and Gauges, Level Switches and Controllers.)
ľ Troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic control systems and instrumentation. Level controllers (Masoneilan), Flow Measurement (Barton and Roton Meters), Pressure Sensors (Gauges), Back pressure control valves, Pressure regulators.
ľ Testing/checking of instrument control loop to local panel and distributed control system (DCS).
ľ Maintenance / repairs and planning ahead so as to avoid the risk of delay through equipment breakdown.
ľ To use preventive maintenance programmed in accordance with company requirements and as directed
by the team lead.
ľ To ensure that all work is carried out only after an appropriate risk assessment toolbox talk and under
an approved permit to work.



ľ General overhaul of engine (Waukesha/Caterpillar/Superior) /Gas-lift compressor instrumentation in Olomoro, Afiesere, Ogini, Kokori and Utorogu NGC Compressor Stations in SPDC-WEST.
ľ Checks, Maintaining, Calibration of engine (Waukesha/Caterpillar/Superior) /compressor instrumentation.
