Experience with preparation and maintaining of various quality control documents such as QCP/ITP, Painting, Welding and NDE Procedures, maintaining of Quality Assurance Manuals.
Qualification of Welding Procedure Specifications, preparation of procedure qualification records, preparation of welded repair plans for shop/field.
Testing and qualification of welders in accordance with ASME Sec. IX and AWS D1.1.
Extensive knowledge in field erection of storage tank construction and inspection according to API 650 & API 653.
Establish retirement thickness of pressure equipment such as pressure vessels process piping.
Good knowledge in Performing quality and compliance audits and inspections of the effectiveness, development and implementation of procedures as appropriate of new construction, repair of existing plant (RBI implementation).
Solid numeric and IT skills.

CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, TWI UK (Cert. No.:48644 valid up to July 2015)
BGAS Painting Inspector Grade, TWI UK (Waiting for Result)
API 570 Certified Piping Inspector, API, USA (Cert. No. 45019 valid up to July 2015)
ASNT LEVEL-II in PT, MT, RT and UT valid up to May 2016
