AS A QUALITY CONTROL.
 Assistant with senior welding engineer for preparing procedure quality records, preparing welding procedures as per international codes, standards and OOT requirement.
 Witnessing mechanical testing of PQR’S and WQT’s as per international codes and OOT requirements.
 Incoming inspection and test certificate verification for raw materials and welding electrodes
 Inspecting and ensuring the stage wise quality inspection as per inspection test plan
 Ensuring dimensions and conduct visual inspection at various stages like raw material, preparation , fit up and final as per respective standards and isometric drawings
 Monitoring and ensure welding process and fabrication process as per company approved quality control system procedure.
 Monitoring welding parameters as per customer approved WPS.
 Monitoring housekeeping and storage of material at respective location.
 Witnessing pressure and ensuring that it meets the requirements.
 Monitoring welder’s consistency by calculating welder performance.
 Ensuring the completion of NDT requirements of the joints and releasing for PWHT and ensure the location and number of thermocouples as per approved procedure
 Surveillance inspection of PWHT, and verification of chart.
 Recording daily inspection finding, preparing test pack and getting clearance from client after completion of the line before testing
 Solving technical issues related to system procedure and welding.
 Daily communicating and discussing about the technical issues with the higher officials
 Co ordinating with client for inspection and clarification of issues
 Co ordinating internal and external audits
 Adhering to the safety rules and regulations



AS A NDT CO ORDINATOR
 Ensure the successful completion of joints request it for NDT subcontractor
 Co ordinating NDT contractor for the completion of NDT activities in due time
 Conducting surveillance inspection of all NDT techniques (RT,UT,MT,PT,HT)
 Review of RT films and review of reports
 Review of NDT reports for UT,MT,PT,HT
 Co ordinating with client inspectors
 Monitoring the NDT back lock, planning and reducing to zero balance
