Responsible for active involvement in the welfare and well being of employees proving advise, counseling and diplomatic feedback.
Responsible for Training and development programs of the artisans.
Responsible for safeguarding of all artisans passports, obtaining work permits, resident visas, exit-re-entry visas, exit visas, renewal of passports etc.
