Supervision and follow up for all technical submittals based on Contract Requirement for faηade works (marble cladding, ALUM. works, skylight &canopy).
Supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
Attend Meeting with the consultant & subcontractors.
Material Standard Specialist to insure material compliance with specification.
Reviewing shop drawing to discuss the relations between activities.
