Duties and Responsibilities :
• Under minimal supervision from Instrument Supervisor carry out all instrumentation maintenance activities on FPSO. Interacting closely with the Production Department to ensure the facilities are operated and maintained in compliance with the Company Procedures and Standards.
• Carry out Visual, Close, and Detailed Inspections on “EX“ Equipments and ensure that all applicable Instrumentation equipment adheres to Intrinsically Safe Codes of Practice by following the Installation of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous/Classified Area Manual.
• Install, Test, Calibrate, Repair and Troubleshoot all instrumentation fitted to the process following correct techniques and operational procedures in order to maintain efficiency and stability of the operation.
• Maintenance of all FIRE & GAS equipments in the vessel.
• Implement and follow the planned maintenance routines and schedules for all Instrumentation.
• Ensure that all Instrumentation work is carried out in safe and responsible manner and comply with SBM permit to work system, isolation standards, and maintenance operations procedures.
