During Tender Phase:
• Requirements for the eligibility of the bidders
• Input to the tender conditions, and preparation of tender and contract documents for construction
• Evaluation and analysis, and recommendation in regards to tenders
During Design Phase:
• Review Project schedule
• Design criteria, drawing standards and conventions, and design guidelines
• Input to the Service Orders for Basic Engineering, Detailed Design, Tendering, and Construction Supervision services
• Management and coordination for the PMT team
• Engineering and design data review
• Incorporate existing design data, drawings, and specifications
• Engineering Standards, Material and Performance Specifications, and Vendor lists
• Lead review of all contractor drawings, standards, specifications, lists and calculations, Engineer Estimates and Bill of Quantity in accordance with the procedures
• Attend Periodic and Design Review Meetings
• Integration and consolidation of the designs
During Construction Phase:
• Review Project schedule
• Attends pre-construction conferences, briefings and presentations
• If necessary, performs field construction management function
• Performs project management and coordination functions
• Oversight management and coordination of responses to requests for information from Construction Contractor
• Procurement support and expediting support for materials and equipment
• Quality Management support during construction
