1-Follow up with branches to deliver proper action related to pending checks (Sign not ok, Not sufficient fund, cover from another account no.)
2-Technical Review of check :( Date of check, Beneficiary bank stamps, amount in figures and letters).
3-Work with Central Bank of Egypt CBE system to handle Return checks.
4-Make all journal entries related to CBE and match this transaction with financial department.
5-Deduction of commission due from customers related to returned checks

• Receive and execute instructions following the procedures and regulations set.
• Perform cross checking for the daily transaction to mitigate any estimated risk.
