Design/Programming
• Certified on Basic Knowledge of Hysys Software
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
• Excellent knowledge of Computer knowledge
Maintenance
• Excellent knowledge in Maintenance Management which includes but not limited to the following;
o Maintenance and Operations of Rotating equipment (CAT and Waukesha Engines; Dresser Rand Reciprocating compressors)
o Excellent Knowledge in Pumps Maintenance and Repairs
o Maintenance of Process instrumentation (Transmitters, Transducers, Controllers, Valves etc.)
• Excellent at Planning, budgeting and Scheduling of maintenance programs and giving detailed technical maintenance reports
Production Operations
• Excellent in Surface production operations: Ability to predict well characteristic using the Well P-V-T analysis and data’s obtained from the reservoir.
• Able to operate multi fluid process separating equipment’s, able to monitor and analyze performance of process flow Parameters and Control Instrumentation..
• Excellent Knowledge in Process instrumentation: Basic knowledge in PLC hardware and software’s installation and configuration.
• Excellent ability in Troubleshooting and Corrective maintenance in process and rotational equipment.
• Excellent in reading engineering drawings e.g P&ID, circuit diagrams etc
