• Electrical Power monitoring with Watch Dog pro. Using WinCC Flexible.
• Automation of the Carton filing having S7-315 CPU with all the safety interlocks and HMI designing using Siemens WinCC Flexible at ATLAS Battery Pakistan.
• Performed system modification of Printing Machine with S7-3152DP as master station with five S7-313C CPUs as salve configuration on DP network. Configured Master-Slave communication between CPU315-2DP and S7-313C CPUs, ASHABI TEXTILE.
• Designing of plant HMI and control logics for WALL along with the 3D diagram of the plant in AutoCAD and also Electrical Diagram for panel.
