Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) October 2011 – Present

I have the responsibility to ensure the proper and timely execution of the construction activities in order to assure the finalization of the projects, taking in count high quality and safety standards. Currently I am working with the construction of a pipeline of 36 Inches of diameter and 8 kilometer of longitude and one of 30inches diameter and 9 kilometer of longitude, beside that , some months ago I supervised the construction of a cluster of 20 wells which handle a productions of 20.000 barrels/day of heavy oil.


Facilities Engineer (Mechanic Discipline).
Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) January-2008 – October 2011

I was responsible of Planning and co-ordinate the activities of constructions for the develop of new facilities for the processing of crude, in addition to the supervision of the activities of welding and fabrication of spools and pipeline and the non-destructives test of the pipeline system (hydrostatic test). I was responsible of elaborate maintenance plan for the equipment in the new facility, besides that I was the maintenance supervisor during the operations of the plant.

Field Engineer
SCHLUMBERGER Febrary-2005 – May2007

In this position I had to Planning and co-ordinate the maintenance performance to the equipment present on an oil Offshore Rig, I had to reviewed technical information about the machinery in order to estimate the resource needed and carry out overhauling activates. This gave me knowledge to solve troubleshoots maintenance problems and avoid time lost during the operation of the rig.

I was responsible to ensure the proper and continue operations of the machinery under my charge by the elaborations of maintenance planning besides the co-ordination and supervision of maintenance teams. I also had to ensure the availability of required materials and spares requested by the maintenance team in order to assure the execution of the activities.
