 Handles inquiry and prepares Purchase Order for materials required at sites.
 Acts as Project Coordinator for all sites.
 In-charge in submission, evaluation and analysis of expenses report for all projects.
 Does the estimation of all materials required for finishing.
 Coordinate with suppliers / subcontractors for any requirements and additional works as per client requirements.
 Handles the entire purchasing for all projects.
 Monitors and prepares cost variations for all projects.
 Verifies & certifies cash bills.
 Handles inventory for all excess materials after project completion.
 In-charge and handles the data base for finishes of all projects for company’s reference.
 Controls the purchasing and expenses of the projects.
 Responsible in sourcing samples, alternative materials as per the design provided by the architect and sourcing competitive suppliers in the market.
