Professional Experience
Working in the Chlorine production plant I have been learned the concept of the followings:
1. What is the meaning of the Chlorine Hazards? safety instructions? procedures taking?
2. Sanitary & Rotary Equipment: (Pumps, Compressors, Centrifugal fans, Agitators, Gear boxes & generators): A great knowledge of the meaning of the annual, preventive, predictive, corrective, planned, reliability centered maintenance and the complete overhaul according to equipment trouble shootings solutions, inspection dismantling & maintenance history.
3. Rubber lining Parts: Select the optimum rubber materials, rubber damaged inspection & new lining process (Cold or Vulcanization) including lining valves.
4. Piping system:
(Polymers & Steels) Pipes, Fittings & Valves: Pipes sizing, damaged corrosion inspection, select the optimum material & type according to the materials chemical resistance, welding methods, welding inspection & valves overlapping repairing
5. Domestic spare parts fabrications by Lathe machine.
6. Steel structure constructions: Pipe racks, base plate's foundations, equipments supports & new unit steel structure constructing supervising.
7. Civil constructions: Pumps & compressors bases final checking up.
8. Fire fighting system: Good knowledge of selection &installation for the system's components.
9. Chilling systems: Air & water conditioning systems includes the system's maintenance.
10. Electricals & Instrumentations equipment: Operating & Maintenance.
11. Planning, fabricating & mechanical designs domestically made my mechanical workshop.
12. I have been lived the start up & shutdown atmosphere which gives me a great knowledge.

● Buriydah high school science branch 2005, with Excellent grade 94.75% Saudi Arabia.
● B.S in Mechanical Engineering specialized in Thermal & Hydraulic Machines branch 2010, with Good grade 2.9 points AL-Balqa Applied University, FET Amman- Jordan.

- Technical training course (Hydraulic system: Pumps operating & design) offered by ANTICO pumps Mumbai 400 027- India chlorine plants site visits in India (Jan.27th – Feb. 17th) 2012.
