Experience gained in Power Plants, Petroleum Refineries, Oil and Gas Pipelines (Onshore and Offshore), Pressure vessels, Structural Fabrication and Erection. Experienced in selection of welding procedures and specifications, welding procedure qualification, welding operator qualification, Material and welding consumable inspection, visual inspection of fit up and welding at fabrication/erection, rectification of welding defects, monitoring of welder performance, selection of coating/painting specifications, coating procedure qualification, coating operator qualification, material inspection, surface preparation inspection, inspection of various types of Painting/coating, holiday inspection, adhesion testing and other tests related to coating inspection. Familiar with International standards such as ASME SecV,ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3API 1104,DNV-OS-F101, ISO, NACE.
