Dear Sir/Madam, Pl. find the attached C.V. for the position of Sr. Project Manager. I have more than 15 years experience in major construction field including 6 years in gulf.I have good exposure in construction management.

I have good knowledge about the construction rules.• Site supervision of Multi storied building construction work, Checking out the bills of contr., Meetings with Consultant & client, Giving the work approval to the contractors as per design, drawing & specifications, Checking setting out / Layout/ Alignments of the buildings, Checking out the reinforcement steel as per design, checking out the shuttering work etc..
• RAFT mass concrete work, Apron concrete work, Airport Tunnel mass concrete work, Waterproofing & all infrastructure works inspection, Experience in checking the shop drawings, As built drawings, giving approval to the contractor for all kind of civil works, Maintaining the all project issues.
• Experience in steel structure buildings for warehouses. Checking the Anchor Bolts alignment for various steel buildings. Weight calculation for steel structure parts of the building like weight of flat strips, angles etc…
• Building Construction (Multistoried Building, Warehouses, and Road Const. etc.), Mass concreting, Industrial Painting, Landscaping & also good knowledge in Fume extraction system, Gas Distribution system.
• Preparation of work permits & method statements before starting the work for the client’s approval with detail drawings & specifications of the material.
• Good knowledge in Auto CAD, 2D & 3D., MS Office, MS Project, Documentation etc. as well as correspondence by internet.
• Estimation & costing / Quantity Survey / Land survey
• Perfection in Leveling by Dumpy level & Demarcation by Theodolite.
• Handling the site technically & as per safety point of views. More than 10 yrs. Exp. is having exposure of safety for major construction projects & inside the Refinery.
• Coordination between various agencies like Civil, HVAC, Elect., Plumbing, Fire fighting, CCTV & Sound wiring etc… & Checking their bills as per tender documents & specifications.

Qualifications:
1. Technical Qualification:

• Graduate Diploma course in Construction Project Management from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management & Research) established by the Indian Construction Industry in 2009.

• Three years Diploma course in Civil Engineering from ‘Gandhi Polytechnic Muzaffarnagar’- “Board of Technical Education UP Lucknow” with first division (68.5%) in 1997.
2. Educational Qualification:

• High School from K.L.G.M Inter College, Nakur, Saharanpur-UP Board Allahabad, India with first Division (64%) in 1994.

Computer Qualification:
• A Certificate Course of “Auto Cad Programme” from “CAD Academy” Noida especially in Building drawings, Mechanical Drawings etc. using 2D & 3D in 2000.

• Microsoft Project for project Scheduling.

• Certificate course in computer application from M/S Grace Computer Pvt Ltd Saharanpur
