Senior Process Engineer

To leverage extensive education in Chemical Engineering, coupled with over 15 years of progressive process engineering experience, to attain a position in Process Engineering to conduct design, simulation, plant troubleshooting and optimization.

Conduct process design, simulation and process optimization activities in order to debottleneck and improve performance of new and existing CO2 production and SO2 removal plants with the aim to meet effective competitiveness in the world market. Provide technical support and solutions in the areas of absorption solvents degradation, corrosion and management.

Conduct and oversee process design modeling, design simulation and process optimization activities in order to ensure that actual performance and production meets desired expectations for a client base that includes world-leading companies.

Fulfilled a dual mandate to provide technical subject matter expertise as Lead Engineer, and leadership functions as Technical Manager, for LPI’s activities that conduct chemical analysis and research for the oil & gas industry. Oversaw the provision of detailed conceptual investigations and performed successful trouble-shooting in oil plants, refineries, and chemical plants. Ensured that top-quality petroleum products were consistently produced. Utilized cutting-edge engineering simulation and modeling tools to resolve operations problems and optimize production and profitability.
Prepared and approved studies proposal and budgets. Involved in discussions with universities, technology firms and oil companies for technology transfer and conducting specific projects. Delivered presentations in all aspects of expertise.
