APPLICATION FOR PIPING SUPERVISOR

Having more than 11+ years of working experience in Mechanical & Piping related to Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Projects. Involved in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Commissioning Activities.

ľ Managing Brown field & Green field Piping activities which involve material planning coordination with Welding activities and various type of material consumables, NDT, Package preparation, Hydro testing, Pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
ľ Engage in Aboveground Pipe erection, Underground Pipe erection, and RTR & GRV Pipe erection, Pipe Fit up, Hot Tapping and alignment of various Piping, valves,Pipe Fittings, Hydro testing, Manholes, Catch Basin and Valve Pits as per drawings.
ľ Responsible for all piping activities (Material receiving, Approved procedure and ITP used for construction, pipe fit up, Welding, Line checking, Hydro test, Reinstatement, and commissioning works.
ľ Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with agreed method statement, risk assessments and job safety analysis, ensure that the maintain standards within work areas.
ľ Study and review of API, ASTM, ASME and Project Code and project Specification.
ľ Study and review of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) as per ASME Section.
ľ Review and used at site Approved Project Specification and Drawing, Quality Control Procedure, Health and Safety Polity and the statutory regulation.
ľ Coordination of preparing and updating existing and new P&ID piping plan and Isometric Drawing through site coordination and verifications.
