BRIEF RUN DOWN OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Ensuring safe & smooth plant operations
b. Preparation of daily performance summaries to monitor plant performance, Includes studying laboratory test reports, standard log sheets and other daily operating activities reports and compiling information for review.

k. Preparation of isolation and rescue plans for critical vessel entries.
l. Implementation of emergency response procedures.
m. Preparation of manuals, SOPs and safety instructions for safe operation of the plant.
n. Reviewing and maintaining process parameters.
o. Monitoring operation, conditions and performance of different equipments.
p. Initiate and supervise actions to correct and report incidents and near misses as per procedures.
q. Controlling the effluents and emissions within the NEQS standards.
r. Plan, direct, coordinate, and control all operating and maintenance activities.
s. Implemented Permit to work system in true sense, with the result of zero injury/LTI.

c. Responsible for implementing and delivering the HSE Management Plans; promoting a strong safety culture that drives intervention of at-risk-behavior and ensuring completion of accident/incident investigations, site safety inspections and audits as per schedule.
d. Member of Hazards Observation and Review Committee of plant.
e. Implementation of PSRM system.
