SUBSTATION AUTOMATION :-»
I have successfully completed CESC substation Automation project. 10 nos. of substations were commissioned by SIEMENS RTU (AK 1703 ACP). Test center HMI and local HMI was configured by me by using SIEMENS software SICAM 230. I was only one SIEMENS representative in this project.

DISTRIBUTION STATION AUTOMATION:-»
CESC 30 nos. of distribution stations were successfully commissioned by using SIEMENS RTU (TM 1703 ACP). PLC logic also implemented in this project. I was the only one representative of SIEMENS in CESC Kolkata project.

PLC LOGIC IMPLEMENTATION:-»
Programming PLC logic for CESC 30 DSs Automation project. Load transfer logic and Parallel feeder automation project was implemented in this project. The whole programming was design by me by using SIEMENS software CAEX Plus.

HMI DESIGN:-»
I am experienced to design Local and Test Center HMI. CESC can supervise and control their system to using this HMI. This VDU is developed by using SIEMENS software SICAM 230 editor and runtime.

IEC 103 NUMERIC RELAY CONFIGURATIONS:-»
SIEMENS make 7SD610, 7SA610, 7SJ602 IEC 103 relays were configured for CESC 30 DSs Automation Project. Those relays were configured by using SIEMENS software Digsi. I have some knowledge about Digsi software. Those relay’s signals were integrated in RTU. I have successfully completed this integration part in RTU.

MULTIFUNCTION METER CONFIGURATION:-»
Configuring MFM (SATEC) by using PAS software. Those MODBUS signals were integrated in SIEMENS RTU (TM 1703 ACP).

RP 570 PROTOCOL:-»
RP 570 serial data was configured in SIEMENS RTU(TM1703ACP) for ABB control room in TNEB Project.

IEC 101, 104 DATA CONFIGURATION:-»
I configured IEC 104 and 101 data in RTU for communicating with SIEMENS made TCI (Tele Control Interface) for CESC control room (Victoria House).

GA DRAWING:-»
I have done RTU Internal and External GA diagram for entire project.

EXPERIENCES IN FAT:-»
FAT sign was done successfully for CESC 30 DSs automation project. I participated that Factory Acceptance Test at Mumbai SIEMENS factory.

DOCUMENTATION & PPT:-»
Documentation part, such as BOQ, AutoCAD drawing, SAT Report have been prepared by me for projects. I gave training to CESC for CESC 30 DSs Automation project.
