• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (JNT University India).

Lay out Engineering :

 Well versed with the Layout Engineering like PID symbols, Plot plan, Line list, SM list, Service summary, Piping Isometrics, Equipments and Piping Layout, Rack and sleeper Piping and Tank Farm.
 Developing the conceptual design of new components entailing drawings & specification study, quotation enquiry study & finalization, vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development.
 Designing the plant to meet customer requirement & translating the design model into completion schedule.




Piping Material Specification Engineering:
 Preparation Piping Material Specification, Material Requisition and Technical bid evaluation for piping items
 Proficient in all type calculations involved in preparation of piping material specification like thickness calculations as per code requirements
 Proficient in preparation of data sheets of piping specialties and valves in petrochemical as well as oil & gas field and necessary technical bid evaluations.
 Conversant with international & national codes and standards.
 Reviewing vendor drawings & documents, checking piping layouts and inter discipline drawings / documents.
Fluid Handling:
 Carried out Pressure drop calculation for different flowing fluid.
 Carried out all calculations related to pump and pumping system.
 Designing of routing of piping system, And Pipe line networks.
