RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Submission of PQP, Method statement , ITP,PQP Final Document, Site visit for Submission MIR ,WIR etc . ( UAE Project –Gasco- Habsan & Buhasa, Adnic, Leed Project Seimens –Masdar City , Ambulance & Rescue center , Al Mamzar Tower, Sharjah Transport ) (India –L & T project CTC Pune)
• Ensure the requirements of the company QMS are met in accordance with
ISO 2001 -2008.
• Inspect incoming material.
• Implementation of Quality Systems as required .
• To conduct inspection of raw materials bought out items and review of material test
certification and specification requirements.
• To interface and co ordinate with Consultants /Clients for QC matters

2.Work experience ( 2MONTHS SHUT DOWN WORK)

OMAN OIL REFINERY(ORPIC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Inspection of heat exchangers
•Undergoing visual inspection of heat exchangers , shell and components
•Inspection of test in heat exchangers in presence of third party inspector
•Monitoring the test medium used and the requirements according provided by orpic
• Monitoring defective tubes and undergoing retubing according to the check list provided by orpic
• Maintaining the file works including IFR and RFI
•Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager

Position – Q C ENGINEER \ SUPERVISOR
JUNE -2010 to JANUARY 2012

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions in consultation with QC manager
•Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
•Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager
•Elaborating and coordinating the welding specifications, and codes/standards
•Monitor the control and issue of welding electrodes
•Fixing the date and time for third party ndt inspection and making necessary arrangements
