•Construction of complete Zinc Smelter (Refinery) Plant (Electrolysis Cell house, ,Roster ,Leaching , Melting & Casting Furnace ,Purification ,Gas Cleaning Plant, Acid Plant ,Control Rooms , Corporate Office etc).Construction of 132KV Switch yard , Fencing , Transformer & Shunt foundation , Tower Foundation, Cable Tranches at MCC rooms and Control Rooms.Successfully Construction and Commissioning of 5 Nos CN Reactors foundations ,Acid Spent Cooling towers Building and Foundation .Construction of Molten Metallic Furnace foundation, Jumbo Casting machine and Foundation.Worked as a CIVIL HEAD-Project in Installation of MERCURY REMOVAL PLANT Project•Also handling the maintenance of same.Corporate Office , Gust House , Community Hall , Meeting halls Construction with Designing , Interior ,Architectural , Construction of RCC Road (12.0 Km) Inside and Outside the plant for jumbo loaders movement with drains.Construction of Chemical Yards ,Structural Shed with vertical cladding (Size:- 4000 Sqm , 50 meter height , 150 Ton Structure),Various cable trays and racks.Construction of Compressors Shed (Size:- 5000 Sqm , 134 tones) ,Cell House Shed ,Leaching Shed ,Roster Shed.Construction of Jumbo Structural Platform for connecting two plants (100 Mts Long, 148 Tons) using FRP & MS grating base. and many other safety platform to assure safe work.Construction of Structural Top cover of Acid and Chemical Storage thickeners (Thickener Diameter =25 meters.Installation of PVC, PPH , HDPE, MS ,SS pipe lines inside the plant.Structural Painting of various Industrial Structures, Tanks, Platforms (Anti Corrosion painting , Sand Blasting ).Acid Proof Bricks and PVC Sheet Lining over the concrete floor of Area 20000 Sqm ,Inside the Acid Tank , Inside MNO2 Tank ,Inside Reactors and also inside of Thickener .Acid Solution Storage pits etc...Bitumen lining ,FRP Coating at various plant areas.Creating of invitations to tender along with the necessary technical documentation and discussion with boss for good tender cost which is suitable according to finance/Under Budget.Arraignment of Pee-Bid meetings, Negotiations with Vendors from technical side ,Taking Offers from Vendors and price comparisons , Technical approval for Vendors . Market evaluation ,Rate Analysis ,Prepare Prime cost Estimation , costing ,Scope/BOQ preparation and Finalization ,Budgeting etc .
