Coordinating safety meetings for sharing global safety incidents and lessons learned.
Inspect work areas and facilities to assess hazards and provide updated safety posters and recommended signage.
Work as a specialist in risk assessment and risk management.
Keep updated with local safety regulations and requirement.
Set a 5 year plan for facility risk assessment and follow up on the implementation of that plan.
Continuous monitoring of facility water/ noise/waste/fire fighting testing and register.
Track hazardous and non hazardous waste.
System administrator for Impact (Safety and security entries global system)
Monitor third party contractors to ensure fully commitment to company safety policies and provide training to third party individuals as appropriate.
• Implementing records management guidelines and recommended practices.
• Supplementing the Records Management Guidelines with local records management procedures, including a Supplemental Records Retention Schedule.
• Provide guidance and stewardship in records management through defined processes.
• Establishing a Records Contact Network for distribution of relevant communications.
• Training Records Contacts in their records management responsibilities and assisting in training for personnel.
• Providing assistance in efficient and effective records management practices
• Maintaining indexes and transactional information for inactive records in off-site storage through Global application (Accutrac XE).
• Providing assistance in interpreting and applying the records management program, including the Basic Records Retention Schedule.
• Providing assistance in identifying and protecting vital records.
• Participating in the Information Management Network.
