•Assist the Engineers in FAT and clearing the entire punch list.
•Termination of IOTA Cable and FTA Cable in DCS and ESD System to the Marshaling cabinet.
•Check marshalling cabinet internal loops and Simulation of Instruments using the different kinds of test equipments in DCS Experion/TPS.
•Commissioning and Trouble shooting of Instruments from DCS/ESD to Marshaling to Instrument field.
•Commissioning of PDB, Marshalling Cabinet, DCS and ESD System.
•Troubleshooting for analog and digital system fault.
•Preparing the drawings, materials, ferrules and labels.
•Assembling cabinet/panel and wiring of controls in analog and digital marshalling cabinet.
•Assembling and wiring for ESD Switch console and assembling the work station(Honeywell).
•Assembling PCN Cabinet, preparing and termination of communication cable for workstation to the switch, server and System.
•Supervising and preparing daily report.
