Design Engineer (Projects & Planning)

• Involved in converting the existing model to remodel the existing design and add up other entities including additions / modifications as per client’s requirements.
• Uploading the completed models into product lifecycle platform after the process of remodeling and conversion, delivering models to the clients.
• Studying the converted models in order to detect problems at an early stage while presenting ideas and proposals for design solutions.
• Preparing drawings for Railway and National Highway crossings of high pressure gas pipelines in the CGD network.
• Preparing drawings for the Chief Controller Of Explosive’s (CCOE) approval from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Nagpur for high pressure gas storage and filling facility at Compressor Station and also at the customer’s end during decompressing period.
• Preparing Route Map for gas pipelines from Gas off-take facility to different customer ends.
• P&ID and GAD drawings of Gas conditioning, Processing, Pressurizing, and Depressurizing Skids.

Process Engineer 07’11-12’12

• Accountable for heading the production process for smooth running of the plant and to change the process variable in order to give optimized results.
• Efficiently managed production planning & control thereby ensuring strict adherence to the time schedule, total productivity maintenance whilst achieving pre-set production target.
• Independently took charge of running the shift with the production team and troubleshooting by appropriate ways.
• Conducted various safety audits, mock drills and training operators on plant operations and safety.
• Control of compressor operations at site depending on varying gas pressure off-take from ONGC CBM Gas Wells, Parbatpur Block, Jharkhand.
• Conducted Operation of CBM gas filling in Truck Mounted Cascades for Industrial Consumers right from well head pressure of 0.5bar – Filling pressure of 250bar.
• Carried out the Operation and maintenance of 3-stage De-Pressurizing skid right from Cascade with storage pressure of 250bar – Burner Tip at 4bar to 200mbar at customer end.
