Job description

 Analysis of the Nature of Breakdown
 Troubleshooting in customer site
 Familiar with Hydraulics and Electrical system in TEREX,LIBHERR,KATO,Link-Belt,KOBELCO,SANY,SENNEBOGEN,XCMG Cranes
 Have good knowledge about ACS & CAN Systems and Troubleshooting
 Commissioning of machines at customer site and training the operators about the operation and maintenance of Cranes and its Safety Systems.
 Responsible for the maintenance of existing software systems
 Responsible for maintaining existing automation systems both, software and hardware
 Handle the tasks of preparing scheme design, control loop diagrams
 Responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery and processes
 Handle the tasks of generating and coordinating multiple change controls for the implementation of new systems and improvement of projects(PAT KRUGER)
 Responsible for designing and installing PLC control systems
 Design of several electrical installations and equipments that is pressure lines, phasing out lines, testing of earth resistance
 operating and maintaining machines automated systems and panel layouts for Examining the faulty machines production
 Familiar with the hydraulics, electrical systems of Pavers
 Service estimation.
 Wear and Tear parts location.
 Correction of Problems in Machines (Includes Visual as well as Undesirable Sounds).
 Erection of new machines without vibration
