 Line Sizing, Hydraulic calculations for pumps, compressors, critical loops
 Preparation of Flare Load Summary and design of flare network
 Vessel sizing (Knock Out drum, Separators)
 Thermal rating of shell and tube heat exchangers using HTRI
 Depressuring calculations
 Simulation using software like PRO-II, HYSIS
 Preparation of miscellaneous documents like Line List, Hazardous source List, Utility Summary, Effluent Summary, Catalyst and Chemicals summary
 Preparation of Operation Manual
 Preparation of Alarm & Trip Summary
 Preparation of process datasheets for various mechanical equipments and instruments (Eg. Vessels, Heat exchangers Control valves, BDV's, flow elements, pumps etc)
 Participation in HAZOP reviews
 Familiar with ASME, API CODES & STD.
