• Analyzing of recruitment strategies & their effectiveness also providing active support in formulation and implementation of new ones when required.
• Prepare job description of the positions open, drafting adverts for Appointments in Gulf News and on Jobtrack website.
• Conducting first round of Interview or first round assessments, short listing candidates (telephonic as well as face to face interview) and lining candidates for a discussion with our clients.
• Providing suitable profiles for client requirements through databank, e-Recruitment processes i.e. networking (Linked In, Twitter, Face book etc) and referencing.

• As a sole member in Dubai Oil and Gas Team, built the Oil and Gas SBU and subsequently built a three member team responsible for Online Marketing to Oil and Gas companies and providing recruitment solutions.
