Costing
Studied & collected information to determine standards and actual cost of manufacturing
including raw material purchase, inventory & labor

Finance & Accounts

Review and analysis of Budget with actual figures for both the divisions of SEFORFGE, viz.
Forging division located at Vadodara and Foundry division located at Coimbatore. Preparing
variance analysis report (Budget vs. Actual) and informing the same to the management for
decision making process and controlling the financials of the company.
Provide budget status thru MIS to senior leadership on monthly, quarterly and annual
basis.
Monthly meeting with department heads to review progress, evaluation of monthly
performance and derive future course of action.
Assist in preparing Working Capital requirement statements for submission with the consortium banks for renewal of W.C limits.
Preparation and submission of Critical Monitoring Analysis report (CMA) with the bank.
Preparation of Cash flow on daily basis for the Forging Division of SEFORGE LTD.
Preparing weekly fund requirement report.
Handling stock audit of the company.
Handling Legal/Arbitration matters of the company.
Responsible for identifying the requirements & format of budget module, and preparation of Chart of Accounts for the entire unit for implementation of new ERP System in the company.
Handling Insurance portfolio for the company, including all sort of insurance matters ( e.g. IAR Policy, Import-Export Open Cover policies, ECGC policy, Various declaration policies, Vehicle policies, Etc. and claim matters for the same)

Completed ICWA in the term June 2010 securing 56.07% marks.
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
Completed B.com from Maharaja Sayajorao University of Baroda, in the year 2008
securing 57.28% marks. Major subjects opted were Financial Management and
Accounting.
