 Provides Information Technology (IT) services including technical, helpdesk, network, software, system administration, and other related IT support to golden trade end users.
 Graphic designing
 Website designing
 Determine the business and technological needs of a company, making decisions about computer hardware, software and networks.
 Evaluate the members of a company's IT team, including network administrators, programmers, technicians and help desk personnel.
 Holding regular status meeting with the team and individuals.
 Overseeing troubleshooting, system backups, archiving recovery.
 Improving the design and reliability of client systems.
 Continuing the implementation of helpdesk system and asset management system.
 Monitors Server system processing activities by observing console peripherals, input and output, to ensure throughput of data.
 Directs the local and remote testing of network equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults.
 Monitor and evaluate existing systems and equipment, initiate changes to maximize efficiency.
 Conduct maintenance and updates to, but not limited to, the following types of servers, application, database, backup, file and print servers.
 Review and analyze client needs and develop and support application interfaces, make recommendations regarding upgrades of software and equipment; respond to user requests for assistance.
 Provide technical support and make recommendations to management and users.
 Assist and train users in the efficient and effective use of systems, software and equipment.
