Piping Design Engineer

Aspiring for a challenging career in a Marine and Oil & gas environment where my skills and knowledge will be enhanced and to contribute my education, technical and management skills in a position with a growing and dynamic firm.

I started career as a Piping field engineer in shipping industry and gained rich experience in Man and Material management, Piping design and field requirements and rules according to different classification societies, preparing material indent for different piping systems including hydraulic system, Prepared as carried out drawings for further approval of class and delivered four AHTS vessels as a lead piping engineer.
After working in field for two and half years (which helped me a lot to visualize things), I moved to InfoTech enterprises Ltd. (Oil & Gas segment) and presently serving as Senior Piping Design Engineer. Work Profile includes modeling and annotation of piping, Creating piping material library for the software as required by the customer, preparing Bill of Materials for all piping systems, Quality checking of all the piping drawings done by the Team, Creating pipe routing and placing all instruments, Valves, Transmitters in the pipe lines as suggested by the P&ID’s.
Worked on ASME, DIN, JIS piping standards and can also refer to all classification societies piping rules and requirements.

Mechanical (Marine as Elective) Engineering, Department of Marine engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam with an aggregate of 76.1% (Distinction) and 2008 pass out.
