HSE Coordinator- LPG Operations

Activities:
 Check work permits, schedule/conducts safety meeting and drills.
 Acts as liaison to government DOLE-BWC on safety matters and concerns. Prepares and submits required Safety reports to the DOLE-BWC.
 Acts as assistant to the on-site Pollution Control Officer (PCO). Acts as liaison to DENR-EMB on environmental issues and compliance. Processes and renew environmental permits and submission of regular required reports to the government.
 Identifies and recommends skills and behavioral enhancement training needs of supervised personnel (TNA)
 Ensures sustainable compliance of the LPG plant to certifications
 Monitors and follows-up action points from audit findings and HSESQ KPI’s
 Represents the Plant for all other matters/issues concerning Health, security, safety and quality.
 Takes over the full function of an employee who is leave. The operational employees to relieve are Operations Technician Gantry, Cylinder Operations Shift Leader and TOA.
 Prepares the regular HSSEQ and compliance report.
 Participates in twice a day toolbox meetings.
 Implementation of in-plant safety policies, practices, procedures, controls, and guidelines on safety, stock loss, security, product receiving, product storage and handling, product distribution, and environmental protection. Identify and recommend revisions or improvements in the operational/safety procedures and work instructions
