Responsibilities in current position :
„Ï Commissioning and de-commissioning of equipment
„Ï Knowledge of : Coolers , Pumps , Vessels , Fire Heaters , Super Heater , Compressors , Waste Heat Boilers (WHB) , Reformers , Reactors
„Ï Writing and updating of logs
„Ï Plant inspections and following up of defects on SAP system
„Ï Fault finding on plant and solving all problems to meet clients needs
„Ï Operating the plant from the DCS panels ( Delta V-System )
„Ï Communicating with Shift Supervisor regarding the gas loads of the factory and weekly defects in factory
„Ï Alfons system up to date and changes and corrections of system
„Ï Checking and approving of all maintenance permits
„Ï Safety on all maintenance work including; welding, vessel entries etc.
„Ï Holding five minutes safety talks on commencement of shift
„Ï Shift training up to date and Practical simulator training
„Ï Knowledge of SAP system , loading of defects and overtime on SAP
„Ï Compiling and printing out 24 hr activities as part of morning safety meeting and explanatory introduction to fellow workers
„Ï Coaching of employees to ensure improvement in development
„Ï Monthly KPI¡¦S of personal
„Ï Management of leave system
„Ï Ordering stock out of store (SAP)
„Ï Leading Production employees on shift
„Ï Day to Day planning
„Ï Controlling water at ATR by using Amine , Eliminox and Phosphate to prevent rust in different places in the De-aerator and Steamdrum
„Ï Using DMSI for optimizing of plant
„Ï Running the hole Shutdown group from Shutting down the system till commissioning it again till full production

„Ï With specific reference to presentation on Microsoft Power Point, logging daily task, repairs, alfons , etc on Microsoft Excel and compiling minutes of daily and monthly safety meetings.
