Job Responsibilities:
„« Specific design considerations as per ASME standards.
„« Knowledge of P & ID¡¦s, plot plan, equipment layout, piping layout.
„« Preparation of isometrics with MTO.
„« Pipe wall thickness calculations as per ASME B31.3
„« Height and width calculation of pipe rack.
„« Selection of supports and markup.
„« To do PT rating calculation.
„« Ability to prepare Material Take off from P&ID and isometrics.
„« Coordinating with client/Consultant for project relevant document/Procedure approval.
„« Responsibility for monitoring the daily work activities of the sub-contractor such as erection of above ground field fabrication / installation of large bore and small bore.
„« Involved in Pre-Commissioning activities.
„« Pipe supports checked as per stress requirement.
„« Line checking as per P&ID and Isometric drawing.
„« Monitor and correct any deviation in the drawings/design to suit clients
„« Material requisition preparation.
„« Managing Mechanical project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
„« Review of vendor documents and preparation of interface documents
„« Preparing bill of material.
„« Monitoring of equipments, site work progress and prepare weekly reports of the status of each assignment.
„« Any modification as per the site condition.
„« Basic piping Fundamentals
„« Knowledge of fabrication as per drawings
„« Knowledge of codes and standard.
„« Knowledge of CAESAR inputting.

ACADEMIC DETAILS

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering passed with First class from KBN Engineering College, Visveswarya Technological University Belgaum (Karnataka).
• 12th STD from Pre-University Education Karnataka.
• 10th STD from K.S.E.E Board, Karnataka.
