Instrumentation Engineer

To be honest and effective, give best of my strength to the organization and direct my learning towards organization objective, where I can explore my Experience & Qualification skills of “INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING”.

• Working with DCS (Honeywell) containing Experion C300 controller with Experion PKS package (Control Builder and HMI Web Builder).
• Working with PLC (Honeywell) containing ML-200 for Fire & Gas Detection system and Safety manager safety PLC for Emergency Shutdown system.
• Working with Daniel flow computer S600 including Gas chromatograph, H2s analyzer.
• Also know DCS and PLC logic developing, Alarms and event management, troubleshooting in DCS and PLC.
• Maintenance of Offshore pneumatic instruments, Hydraulic pumps, Hydraulic valves like SSV and SCSSV and Offshore Safety PLC supply by HIMA Germany, Wellhead control panel by Control & Electrical Thailand and FMC Wellhead.
• Operation and Maintenance of Control valves, ON/OFF actuators, Motorized valves Solenoid operated valves and Waukesha VHP Gas Engine control System.
• Maintenance and calibration of field instruments Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Pressure switches, Flow switches, Pressure Gauges, Temperature gauges, Pressure control valves, Level control valves, Temperature control valves, Shut Down Valves, Blow Down valves.
