Instrumentation Engineer

Iam seeking a job regarding proposal making/instrumentation selection/estimation/installation/calibration/pre-commissioning/commissioning.

To conduct meetings with clients of oil and gas, petrochemical, chemicals, fertilizers, food and beverages for the purpose of inquiry generation.
Going through inquiry documents like P&IDs and instrument data sheets etc to get the right information for the selection of right instrument.
To select all kind of process online, portable and handheld instruments,PLCs, DCS, analyzers and control valves as per given process parameters.
Proposal and quotation making against inquiries of clients.
Independent commercial and technical negotiation with clients.
To take part in after sales services.
Management and execution of the EPC projects.
Planning to execute the projects within deadlines.
To monitor daily project progress report.
Estimation of erection and installation material.
To study lay out drawings of instrument trenches, cable ladder, cable trays, stub ups, junction boxes, instrument cables, process instruments and auto control valves etc.
Designing, sizing, preparation, wiring, termination and studying lay outs of DCS, ESD, F&G and telecom marshaling cabinets.
To make hook ups for the installation of process instruments.
Looping testing of field instruments.
Designing, selection, engineering, calibration, installation and commissioning of all kind of flow meters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters and temperature measuring instruments.
Designing and sizing of all kind of auto control valves..
Configuration and programming of all kind of PID controllers, indicators, field instruments, analyzers.
Using HART communicator for the configuration of process instruments.
To commission all the installed instruments of EPC projects.
Well familiar with instrumentation standards like ANIS, JIS, API, IEC, ISO, EN etc.
Have a good knowledge of (PLCs) and (DCS).
Hands on experience on followings.

ENDRESS+HAUSER, YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT, HONEYWELL, WIKA, ASHCRAFT, KROHNE, FLOWSERVE, FISHER, DRESSER, MASCOT VALVES, COPES VULCAN (DEZURIK).
