Driving innovation initiative at Aker, Pune for subsea division. Current projects are Vigdis, Vilje Sør and RNGT.
 Lead Engineer at GE Oil & Gas, India subsea advanced technology organization for 4.5 years. Supported GE's Houston and Aberdeen engineering divisions. Responsibilities included leading Houston team of 6 members for project management, resource planning and technical deliverables with continuous improvement using six-sigma rigor. Coordinated and organized innovation activities for GE Oil & Gas ATO division from 2010-12 with an end result of 16 patent applications for the team of 80.
 Stress Analyst at HLA Engineering Inc, Dallas TX, USA for 6 months. Performed FEA on ROPS, railcar and pressure vessel structural integrity as a team member.
