• Looked after entire pre-commissioning activities as well as studied & reviewed:
o Process flow diagram, process & instrumentation diagram, utility P & IDs, auxiliary P & IDs, interconnectivity ISBL-OSBL P & IDs and LDTs supplied by UOP & Bechtel
o GA drawings for columns, heat exchangers, reactors, heaters, vessels & fin fans
o Cause & effect diagram for Isomer Plant supplied by UOP
• Prepared pre-commissioning & commissioning activities related to plan, budget, SOP, risk assessment and checklist & formats
• Developed operating & pocket manuals, start up SOP, risk assessment, logbook & log sheet for new modification and created daily progress report & monitored commissioning schedule
• Administered Hydrotest Piping Loops System and prepared & validated loops system - subsystem during various stage of erection
• Handled isometric & hydrotest clearance and flushing & final boxed up clearance
• Planned & executed monitoring of jobs as per HSEF & Q.C. standards through the application of Safe Work Permit Procedure
• Managed conventional flushing of loops (Card Board Bursting, Air Blowing, Steam Blowing, Water Flushing & Lube Oil Flushing)
• Looked after non-conventional flushing of loops (Hydrojetting) of lines & equipment
• Involved in chemical cleaning & passivation of lines-cooling water, compressor suction line & equipment-heat exchangers and catalyst & chemical loading-unloading of reactor (Sock & Dense)
