Project Engineering Manager for an Upstream Onshore 30000 BPD Crude Oil Gathering, Desalting, Separating, H2s Stripping, Storage and Export, Gas Gathering, Compression and injection to the field ($250MM)
Professional Experience
Define engineering coordination procedures, issue the basic data for design and approve general project specifications
• Ensure technical project execution within time and budget by coordinating and supervising project lead engineers and engineering resources, managing risks/opportunities, changes
• Represent TP towards client and vendors for technical subjects
• Ensure timely approval of engineering documents from the client as well as timely technical and economical definition of change orders and/or claims
• Contribute to schedule and progress measurement preparation, actively control schedule execution and propose corrective actions when needed
• Ensure timely internal and external reporting on engineering activities and progress to managing director and client
• Contribute to respect of material and man/hours budget by proposing optimized technical solutions
• Ensure coordination of interfaces among engineering disciplines and with procurement, construction, vendors
