Working as a teller in CIB Holding the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the correct receipt / payment of cash and accurately credit / debit the customers account and acknowledge the receipt to the customer.
• Sell and buy traveller’s cheques, issue demand drafts and exchange currencies by observing the procedures such as identification of the customer, authenticity of the draft, applying the approved exchange rate etc.
• Provide any other service as directed to support the overall banking operations of the branch.
*Jan 2011 till Nov 2012:
Senior Teller in CIB holding the following responsibilities:
• Responsible for the efficient operation of the branch teller area by ensuring the accurate settlement of tellers, branch, ATM, vaults, coin machine and other negotiable on a daily/weekly basis along with monthly audits.
• Perform teller function as needed which includes cash/non cash transactions.
• Provide any other service as directed to support the overall banking operations of the branch.
