Material Controller

With more than ten (10) years of work experience in controlling materials in oil & gas projects such as refineries, petrochemical, and light industries (for local assignments). Knowledge in material management, logistics activity, procurement procedures, and practices. Familiarity in inventory control system in warehouse operations. Ability to monitor the inventory levels of materials, Problem solving, and good analytical skills. Calculate consumption of stocks. Assist to material supervisor in all inventory management, and actions. Review certificate tests report between vendors, and concerned section. Collaborate to procurement department, and vendors about delivery, non-delivery, and back orders of materials, Coordinate timely flow of materials delivered to site. Handle any delivery inconsistencies, and exercise judgment with defined procedures, and practices to deliver appropriate action. Perform, participate in stocks check, and inventory reviews. Prepare plans for proper materials storage location. Knowledgeable in program software’s such as FoxPro, ERP, and SAP for computerized inventory control system. Capable in preparing monthly report of receive, issuance, and availability of materials in accordance with project standard procedure. Update MRR, Printing of SRV, and SIV; Knowledge in logistics supply services of materials to offshore. Arrange, and prepare materials, Process the documentation of materials shipments to oil rig project (offshore) using ERP software; Capable in request, received, issued, and inspects of all materials; Warehouse experience in production, plant maintenance with SAP integrated materials management system in manufacturing industry; Ability to order, and expedites materials. Prepare list of the materials for resale, Execute plans, and schedule of delivery. Physical counting of stocks balance available. Review all the documents related in warehouse activities, Maintain accurate files, and records for future reference. Ahead, and on time submission of every task assigned of my Superior. Perform active participation in project HSE program and keep housekeeping in our work place.
