• Involved in air filter changing, Diffuser, power turbine vanes, air compressor vanes, burner, flame tubes, fuel nozzle, cone cover, sleeve & bearing changing, oil and air circuit equipments, cooler & cooler maintenance, periodical compressor washing, Boroscope inspection of hot gas path and VGV calibration.
• Centrifugal compressor
Work with sulzer, Dresser Clark, Cooper Bessemer ,Elliot natural gas lifting centrifugal compressor with liquid film seal and dry gas seal system with various capacities.
Involved in changing Bearing and it seal and lube oil circuit accessories maintenance.
• Reciprocating compressor
Work in vertical, horizontal, V type , single, and multi stage, single and double acting air and gas compressor
Make-Ingersoll Dresser Rand, sulzer, kirloskar Khosala and Consolidated Pneumatic.
Preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of compressor
Servicing of suction and discharge valves
Checking of primary and secondary packing inspection of Bearings cross heads, piston rod deflection and pistol rings and rider rings replacement.
